Shopify shares compare-at prices with AI shopping channels

Shopify Catalog now shares product compare-at prices with AI shopping agents. Their visibility can be managed in the admin settings.
Shopify has updated the product pricing information available to AI shopping agents. Shopify Catalog can now share product compare-at prices as well.
AI agents can see markdown pricing
Previously, AI agents using Catalog data could see only the current price, not the markdown prices displayed on storefronts. With this update, they can also see a product’s compare-at price.
Manage compare-at price visibility
You can control whether AI agents can view compare-at prices in the admin settings. The toggle is in the “Compare-at” section.
The update adds compare-at prices to the pricing information shared with AI shopping agents through Shopify Catalog.
