Manage consent in customer profiles
WhatsApp marketing consent can now be managed from each customer’s profile in Shopify. Email, SMS, and WhatsApp preferences appear together in the customer view.
Import and export subscriber data in bulk
Use the bulk import tool to add consent from an existing subscriber list, or export your current subscriber data.
The update makes it possible to manage WhatsApp marketing consent through customer profiles and bulk data tools in Shopify admin.
