Merchants shipping from the Netherlands can buy labels for domestic orders going to eligible addresses in the country. Parcels can be dropped off at a DHL service point or locker.

Merchants shipping from Poland can buy labels for orders going to eligible addresses in other EU countries. Parcels must be dropped off at a DHL locker.

Buying labels and tracking orders

Labels are purchased per order, with the delivery address, items, and weight filled in from the order. Merchants can choose a service and print the label. Rates are discounted, and there is no fee on top of the Shopify plan.

Tracking is added to the order and sent to the customer, and the order is automatically marked as fulfilled. Labels can be purchased one at a time or printed in bulk for multiple selected orders.

To get started, open an unfulfilled order and select “Create shipping label.”
