Shipping metrics and the Verified Tracking badge in Shopify Collective
Shopify Collective suppliers can earn a Verified Tracking badge by maintaining consistent carrier tracking coverage across all their orders. New shipping metrics show suppliers their current coverage and the steps needed to qualify.
Shopify Collective has added shipping metrics to help suppliers monitor shipping performance and carrier tracking coverage. Suppliers who meet the requirements can also display a Verified Tracking badge on their profile.
How suppliers can earn the Verified Tracking badge
Suppliers can earn the Verified Tracking badge by maintaining consistent carrier tracking coverage across all their orders. The badge appears on supplier profiles in Shopify Collective Discovery and helps badged suppliers become more discoverable to retailers.
Shipping metrics in Shopify Collective
The Collective supplier app home page now shows carrier tracking coverage, on-time fulfillment, and on-time delivery. These metrics are calculated from every order in a supplier’s Shopify store, not only Collective orders.
Suppliers can see their current tracking coverage, the gap to close to earn the badge, and the steps to take.
The new metrics help Shopify Collective suppliers review shipping performance and tracking coverage, while eligible suppliers can earn a Verified Tracking badge for their profile.
