Purchase order reports in Shopify Analytics
Purchase order data can now be reviewed and exported in Shopify Analytics. Three new reports help track costs, transfers, and open orders.
Shopify Analytics now includes three reports for purchase orders. The Purchase Orders page also displays purchase orders and related information.
Purchase order costs
The costs report shows ordered items and quantities, supplier costs, estimated taxes, and purchase order costs.
Track transfers and open orders
The transfers report follows purchase orders through transfers, shipments, and receiving.
The open orders report shows open, ordered purchase orders that do not have linked transfers.
Information on the Purchase Orders page
The page displays purchase orders and on-order purchase orders, along with the total number of items ordered, acceptance rate, and shipments due soon.
The new reports let you review and export purchase order data in Shopify Analytics.
