Bubble maps are now available in Shopify Analytics, helping merchants who ship orders see where sales are concentrated. Explore address patterns without grouping reports by city or region or exporting data to a spreadsheet.
Explore address concentrations on a map
The maps group nearby shipping or billing addresses into bubbles. Each bubble is sized according to the metric you choose, such as orders or total sales.
Zoom in, pan around, or click a bubble to take a closer look.
How to access bubble maps
To get started, open the “Order hotspots by shipping location” report, or add a shipping or billing address to any report.
Bubble maps are available in reports and dashboard cards to everyone with access to Analytics reports.
Use sales data to inform regional decisions
