Create and schedule stock counts in Shopify admin, then add products through search or barcode scanning. Counts can be assigned to staff to complete in Shopify admin or POS.
Track progress and records
Multiple staff members can contribute to the same count without overriding one another’s entries. You can see who recorded each quantity and follow progress from creation through completion.
Review variances and approve changes
Compare counted quantities with recorded quantities and review any variances before stock levels change. New permission settings let you control who can perform counts and who can review and approve them.
