Track with Shop expands to Japan and Singapore
Buyers shipping to Japan or Singapore can see the option to track orders with Shop at eligible stores. The Shop app and Shop.com are also now available in Japanese.
Track with Shop is expanding to buyers in Japan and Singapore. With this update, Japanese language support is also available across the Shop app and Shop.com.
Order tracking in Japan and Singapore
Buyers with a shipping address in Japan or Singapore can see a Track with Shop button if the store is eligible and has the feature enabled.
The button appears on the thank you page, order status page, and order notification emails. It invites buyers to download the Shop app and track their delivery.
Shop is now available in Japanese
The Shop app and Shop.com are now available in Japanese. Buyers can browse and manage their orders in the language.
The update brings Track with Shop to buyers in Japan and Singapore at eligible stores, while extending Japanese language availability across Shop.
