Royal Mail pickup points at checkout
Royal Mail is available as a pickup point provider across the UK. At checkout, customers can choose a location from a map or list.
Shopify merchants can offer Royal Mail pickup points, allowing customers to select where they will collect their order during checkout.
What customers see at checkout
Customers can choose a pickup point from a map or list. Before committing, they can view the location’s name, address, opening hours, and price.
How to enable Royal Mail pickup points
In your admin, go to Settings > Shipping and delivery, then open Pickup points under Additional delivery methods. Choose a UK location and turn on shipping to pickup points from that location.
Edit the rate to include Royal Mail and set the amount you want to charge.
With these settings, you can offer customers in the UK a Royal Mail pickup point option at checkout.
