IdeaSoft Improves System Email Delivery Infrastructure
IdeaSoft has improved the infrastructure that allows critical system emails to continue through a backup account if the primary sending account encounters access, connection, or service issues.
In version V8.4.3.2, the system email delivery infrastructure was updated. The improvement is intended to reduce interruptions in the delivery of critical notifications.
Backup delivery for critical emails
The setup was improved so that, if the primary sending account has an access, connection, or service-related issue, email delivery can continue through a backup account.
This applies to 2FA verification, password reset, setup, and payment settings change emails.
Aiming for more reliable communication
The update aims to reduce interruptions in the delivery of critical system notifications and help users receive the emails they need more reliably.
The system email delivery improvement supports backup-account sending for the specified critical notifications.
